Rentals:
Rentals are weekly from 3 pm Saturday
to 10 am Saturday. A $100.00 security
deposit is required on all rentals. The
deposit will be refunded if everything
is left as found.

• Reservations may be made by sending
a deposit equal to 50% of the rental
plus the $100.00 security deposit. The
balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

and mail with your deposit.
• Upon receipt of deposit, we will send
you a confirmation with additional
information.

Daily rates are available
for the off-season (Nov-Apr):
$200.00 first night and $170.00
each successive night, applies
to both cottages. Other rates
are available upon request.
Pet deposit: $200.00 per pet,
non-refundable, applies to all
