Step back in time - enjoy a peaceful family vacation on the Chesapeake Bay. Relax in the fully furnished adjoining cottages. Step outside to find your private beach - perfect for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing and clamming. Launch your boat from the convenient neighborhood ramp.

Cottage #1: Hullabaloo - Living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms & two baths, spacious all-season porch. One queen bed, 2 twins, a queen-sized hide-a-bed indoors. Two twin beds on the porch. Can accommodate 8 friendly people or 6 with more privacy.

Cottage #2: Chaos II - Living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms & two baths, all-season porch. Central air. Two queen beds, 3 single beds, and a queen-sized inflatable bed. Private gazebo overlooking the bay. Can accommodate 7 to 9 people.

Furnishings - Both cottages are fully equipped and furnished with heat, air-conditioning, color TV, pots, pans, dishes, tableware, microwave ovens, pillows and blankets. (Sheets and towels, dish towels and dish cloths, soaps and paper products are not furnished.)

Internet and DirectTV are provided in both cottages.

Telephone - Cell phone service is sometimes weak on the shore. Therefore, we provide a landline in Chaos II for local calls.

Smoking / Pets - Both cottages are non-smoking. Pets are allowed after paying a $200.00 non-refundable fee per pet.

Location - Hullabaloo and Chaos II are located on Smith Beach in Eastville, Virginia on the southernmost tip of the Delmarva Peninsula. The cottages are approximately 20 miles north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel just off Route 13. Detailed directions are available.

Rentals - Rentals begin at 3:00 pm Saturday and end at 10:00 am the following Saturday. A $100.00 security deposit is required on all rentals. The deposit will be refunded if everything is left as found.

Reservations - Reservations may be made by sending a deposit equal to 50% of the rental plus the $100.00 security deposit to the address below. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Please complete our Reservation Form and mail with your deposit. This is a PDF file and requires Adobe® Reader® (available free) to view it. Upon receipt of deposit, we will send you a confirmation with additional information.

Cancellations - In case of cancellations, 10% of the total rent will be charged, if the cottage is re-rented. If the cottage is not re-rented a 50% fee is charged.

Daily rates are available for the off-season (Nov-Apr):  $200.00 first night and $150.00 each successive night, applies to both cottages. Other rates are available upon request.
